Beaglesommerferien finder sted fra søndag den 18. juli 2009 til søndag den 25. juli 2010 og holdes på Ringe Fritidscenter.

BEAGLE event of the year
Very Special Show 2010
Every year in July the danish Beagle Club arrange VSS – Very Special Show for Beagles and Beagle fanciers. In 2010 it will be held in Ringe on Fynen, the little island in the middle of Denmark. Date and place is:

Fynen is often referred to as Denmark’s garden. The island is beautiful with its lovely countryside with soft hills, great forests, lakes, and old Manor Houses. The small villages are idyllic with small old houses, and historic churches, not to mention the warm and always very friendly local population.
VSS is the ideal camp for relaxation and family vacation together with the dogs. During the week there will be held competitions in Agility, Schweiss, Obedience, Show and Beagle Rally. There will also be held barbecue evenings as well as a farewell party the last evening. For children or anyone who wishes to join, there will be arranged different activities, such as Football, Petanque, Bingo, Lottery and other fun social events.
The Beagle Camp is outstanding, because around 200 Beagle fanciers and their dogs are present. During the last two days of the camp the Special Show and an additional CAC-show will be held, normally wit an entry of up to 150 Beagles. This year’s judges will be Noreen Harris of Australia and Elly Vervort from The Netherlands.
It is with great pleasure that the Danish committee has seen an increase in the participation from Beagle owners from abroad. We do wish to welcome fellow-Beagle-fanciers to the VSS -Camp in July 2010. For further information please contact: vss@beagleclub.dk

Very Special Show 2010
Im Dänischen Beagleclub wird im Juli jedes Jahr VSS/Very Special Show für Beagles und Beagleenthusiasten abgehalten. Dieses Jahr wird VSS in der Stadt Ringe auf Fünen, die Insel in mitten Dänemarks arrangiert. Zeit und Ort:

Die Insel Fünen wird oft als ”Der Garten Dänemarks” bezeichnet, ins besondere wegen der lebenden Zäune, der weichen Hügel, der fein abgegrenzten Wälder, der Seen, der Herrenhäuser, der Dörfer mit den idyllischen Häuser und den wohlgepflegten Gärten, und den schönen historischen Kirchen, samt der freundlichen ”Fynboen”, die Einheimischen, die beim Sprechen singen.
VSS ist die ideelle Camp für Entspannung und Familienurlaub mit Hund/Beagles. Im Laufe der Woche werden verschiedene Wettbewerben und Prüfungen abgehalten in jeweils Agility, Schweiss, Obedience, Ausstellung und Beaglerally. Es wird ein gemeinsames Grillen und eine festlicher Abschlussfeieer arrangiert. Für Kinder und Lustiger Gemüter werden u.a. Fussball, Petanque, Banko, Lotterien sowie diverse Aktivitäten für Kinder abgehalten. Das besondere ist der Beagle Camp mit etwa 200 Teilnehmer samt deren Beagles. Die letzten zwei Tage findet 2 Spezialzucht-schauen (CAC) statt, meistens mit etwa 150 gemeldete Beagles. Die eingeladene Richter dieses Jahres sind Noreen Harris, Australien und Elly Vervort, Holland.
Vom Jahr zu Jahr freuen sich der dänischen Beagle Club über eine steigende Anzahl ausländischer Teilnehmer, und wir hoffen, dass die VSS auch im Jahr 2010 weiterhin ausländischer Besucher aus ganz Europa anziehen wird.
